There is no maximum deposit limit by default, though players can set their own deposit limits through the Responsible Gaming tools in their account settings. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP).

GCash and PayMaya/Maya deposits are credited to your 3jlo account instantly in most cases. Bank transfer deposits may take 15 minutes to 2 hours depending on your bank's processing times. To withdraw from 3jlo, log in to your account and navigate to Cashier → Withdraw. Select your preferred withdrawal method (GCash, PayMaya/Maya, or bank transfer), enter the amount you wish to withdraw, and confirm the request. Make sure your KYC verification is complete before submitting a withdrawal — unverified accounts cannot process withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.

Withdrawal processing times at 3jlo are as follows:
