The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. These thresholds may be adjusted from time to time at 3jlo's discretion, with notice provided to players.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is approved. 3jlo aims to process approved withdrawals within one (1) to three (3) business days, though GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within hours during business hours.
3jlo is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. All transactions are monitored. 3jlo reserves the right to delay, withhold, or report any transaction that appears suspicious under applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by 3jlo are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable Real Money Balance. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion terms. Until wagering requirements are met, Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn. 3jlo reserves the right to void Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them if wagering requirements are not met within the specified validity period.
3jlo reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers.
3jlo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are available to eligible players only and may be subject to geographic, game-type, or payment-method restrictions.
3jlo offers games developed and supplied by licensed third-party game providers including, but not limited to, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution Gaming, and Jili. In the event of a dispute regarding a game result, the outcome recorded in 3jlo's server logs shall be considered the definitive record. Players are responsible for their own wagering decisions. 3jlo does not guarantee any winnings and makes no representation that any game strategy will result in a profit. All games carry an inherent house edge. Players should wager only what they can afford to lose.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 3jlo Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 3jlo.
Game content, including game graphics, audio, and mechanics, remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers and is subject to their own licensing terms.
3jlo does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or uninterrupted. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 3jlo reserves the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without prior notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 3jlo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
In any event, 3jlo's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
3jlo is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of third-party payment processors, game providers, or other third-party services integrated into the Platform. Any issues with GCash, PayMaya, or bank transfer services should be directed to the respective service providers.
3jlo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting 3jlo support. Upon Account closure, any remaining Real Money Balance (after deduction of any applicable Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
Upon termination of your Account for any reason, your license to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms & Conditions that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply, including but not limited to Sections 9, 10, 11, and 16.

In the event of a dispute between you and 3jlo, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting 3jlo support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies in the Philippines.
3jlo operates within the framework of Philippine gaming regulations. PAGCOR provides the regulatory context for online gaming platforms serving Filipino players. Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed by 3jlo may escalate their concern to the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority.
